My résumé

In French: DOC
Telecom
Some tools I developed to debug telecom applications/equipments at work
SMS Center Simulator : developed in Perl using Net::SMPP. It features an SMPP interface and uses MySQL as a database backend to store the SMS. Message delivery is simulated by removing the SMS from the database and sending a delivery receipt to the ESME after a random amount of time. The code is not really clean so I did not want to put it online as-is. If you'd like to have it though, please send me an email.
Low Level SMPP PDU Analyzer : a command line packet analyzer written in Perl, using Net::Pcap. It captures TCP packets exchanged between ESMEs and SMS Centers as they go through the IP network and shows the SMPP traffic in a human-readable way. Not as complete as ethereal but it has the advantages of a CLI and has proved to be very handy when it comes to capturing huge traffic over a long period of time to make statistics and evaluate the quality of service. Code available upon request.
